Quantity Surveyor - Dublin City Centre

A leading Tier 1 main contractor is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a high-profile hotel development in Dublin city centre. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a landmark project within a well-established company known for delivering complex, high-quality builds.

The Role

Working closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial management of the project. You will be involved across all stages, ensuring effective cost control and financial delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

Assisting in the preparation of budgets and cost estimates

Managing subcontractor procurement and accounts

Preparing and agreeing interim valuations and final accounts

Monitoring project costs and reporting on financial performance

Supporting client interactions and maintaining strong relationships

Attending design team and site meetings, providing commercial input

Requirements

Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role

Proven experience managing subcontractors and liaising with clients

Background in residential and/or commercial construction projects

Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
