You role will involve:

• Lead the commercial management of multiple projects from tender stage through to final account
• Oversee contract negotiations, procurement, valuations, reporting, and commercial risk management
• Drive profitability and margin improvement through effective commercial controls and cost management
• Manage subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and supply chain performance
• Mentor and lead Quantity Surveying teams, supporting development and commercial best practice

You will have:

• A relevant third level qualification
• 2+ years experience in Civil Commercial Management
• Excellent communication, reporting, leadership and relationship management experience
