Senior Environmental, Health & Safety Advisor – Dublin

Our client, a leading Tier 1 contractor, is delivering landmark residential and commercial developments across Dublin including some of Ireland’s tallest upcoming buildings. This is a rare opportunity to join projects that are reshaping the Dublin skyline.

As Senior EHS Advisor, you’ll play a key role in driving site safety, influencing best practice, and ensuring the highest environmental, health, and safety standards across large-scale builds.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the company’s EHS Management System on site
• Promote a strong health & safety culture across all teams on site
• Conduct inspections, audits, and weekly compliance reporting
• Support and coach site teams on best-practice EHS standards
• Build strong working relationships with the wider project team

Requirements

• Recognised EHS qualification (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent preferred)
• 7+ years’ experience in construction health & safety
• Experience on residential and commercial developments
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
