Site Manager - Mullingar, Westmeath                                             

Are you an experienced Site Manager interested in joining an established main contractor with a significant reputation for delivering outstanding housing developments?

We are seeking a Site Manager with extensive experience on site, this is a 245 unit residential project in Mullingar. The successful candidate will oversee management operations on site while ensuring high standards and project execution are maintained throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the coordination, supervision, and delivery of all activities in line with project requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities, including reviewing work methods, schedules, and health & safety documentation.
• Maintain control of all technical documentation and ensure information is communicated effectively across the project team.
• Support and promote the company’s Health & Safety culture by working closely with site teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure all construction activities are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Relevant Third level degree in engineering/construction management or similar
• 10+ years site-based experience
