We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to join a growing construction company in Mayo. This is a key position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration of the office, supporting senior management, and ensuring the smooth running of business operations.

Key Duties

  • Manage the daily operations of the office and administrative functions
  • Coordinate company documentation, records, and filing systems
  • Support Directors and senior management with administrative and operational tasks
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and site teams
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and company communications
  • Assist with project administration, compliance documentation, and reporting
  • Oversee office supplies, facilities, and general office management responsibilities
  • Support accounts administration, invoicing, and purchase order processes where required

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in an Office Manager, Operations Administrator, or Senior Administrative role
  • Construction industry experience is highly desirable
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and office management systems
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
