You will join an expanding contractor that delivers the most prestigious Fit Out, Data Centre and Refurbishment projects in Ireland. Role responsibilities:

• Prepare, monitor, and update contract budgets, cash flow, and cost reports.
• Oversee contractual obligations, legal compliance, and maintain accurate contracts
• Produce monthly commercial reports, manage cash collection, and identify commercial risks.
• Attend project handovers and regular commercial review meetings to ensure effective project control.
• Liaise with clients, project managers, the supply chain, and the wider professional team to support successful project delivery.
