Senior Site Manager

Our client, a Tier 1 construction company, is delivering some of Dublin’s most high-profile residential and commercial projects, including Ireland’s tallest upcoming buildings. This is a rare opportunity to be part of landmark developments that are reshaping the Dublin skyline.
Projects are primarily based across South Dublin, with a strong focus on high-rise residential schemes.

Successful candidates can indicate their preferred project location, and every effort will be made to assign them to the site closest to their home

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site activities, including supervision of labour resources and coordination of specialist subcontractors.
- Assist the project team in tracking construction progress and achieving key programme milestones.
- Ensure all works are carried out to required quality standards and in line with project specifications.
- Enforce full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and internal company procedures across site operations.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the supply chain and subcontractors to support effective site delivery and a positive working environment.
Requirements:
- Third level degree or strong trades background
- Previous Site Management experience is required
