What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading accurate setting out for groundworks, foundations, superstructures and external site finishes using modern survey technology.
- Managing technical documentation, reviewing design proposals and resolving technical queries
- Overseeing subcontractors, reviewing RAMS and promoting high standards on site, ensuring work aligns with building regulations, project specs and safety guidelines.
- Maintaining site records, monitoring progress against program and working closely with the Project Manager to meet key milestones.
What We’re Looking For:
- A relevant Third-level degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- 2-5 years as a site engineer (ideally with residential experience).
