Quantity Surveyor | Tier 1 Irish Main Contractor

Location: Blanchardstown, Dublin

We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of Ireland’s premier Tier 1 Main Contractors. With an award-winning portfolio and a pipeline of flagship developments across Dublin, they are looking to add an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to their commercial team.

Key Responsibilities

Working alongside an experienced Commercial Manager on a high-profile project, your day-to-day will involve:

  • Commercial Management: Take ownership of multi-million-euro package budgets, CVRs and cash flow
  • Procurement & Subcontracts: Manage sub-contractor tendering, bid evaluation, package awards, and final accounts
  • Valuations & Variations: Lead monthly site valuations and drive change control processes
  • Value & Risk Optimisation: Protect project margins through proactive risk management and value engineering
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key commercial point of contact for clients, design teams and sub-contractors

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Qualifications: A degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or related construction discipline.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of post-graduate Quantity Surveying experience
