Quality & Bid Coordinator

As Quality & Bid Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting prequalification and tendering activities, while also contributing to the ongoing maintenance and development of the company’s Quality Management System.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of preparing and coordinating PQQs, tenders and tender submissions
  • Gather, organise and update company information, supporting documents and relevant tender records.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to obtain the information required for bid and prequalification submissions.
  • Manage quality documentation and ensure effective document control, including regular reviews and updates.
  • Undertake internal quality checks, audits and site documentation reviews to ensure standards and procedures are being followed.
  • Contribute to ongoing compliance with quality processes and continuous improvement across the business.
  • Provide support during external audits and assist with maintaining relevant certification requirements.
  • Ensure all quality, tender and company records are accurate, complete and maintained to a high standard.

Requirements:

  • Experience in prequalification, bid/tender coordination, quality assurance, document control or a similar role within the construction or civil engineering industry preferably.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  •  Full driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
