Site Manager/Finishing Foreman – Rathoath, Meath

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinate and oversee internal finishing works across multiple residential units, ensuring trades are properly sequenced and work progresses efficiently.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and finishing trades including carpentry, drylining, plastering, flooring, painting, tiling and second-fix works.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure all finishes meet the required quality standards, specifications and expectations prior to handover.
- Carry out regular inspections, identify defects and manage snagging through to completion, ensuring units are brought to a high standard for handover.
- Work closely with the wider Site Management team to plan upcoming works, coordinate trades, resolve issues and maintain progress against the construction programme.
What We’re Looking For:
- A relevant Third-level degree or Trade background
- 2-5 years as a site manager or foreman (ideally with residential experience).
