What You’ll Be Doing:

This company heavily invests in their team through structured development and mentorship initiatives, giving you a clear path to step up into Site Management as they continue to expand.

• Lead the successful delivery of residential construction projects, managing site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client relationships from start to completion.
• Plan, monitor, and drive project programmes to ensure key milestones, quality standards, and handover requirements are achieved on time.
• Oversee project budgets, variations, procurement, and commercial performance in collaboration with the Commercial and Quantity Surveying teams.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promote a strong safety culture, and coordinate design and technical information to support efficient project delivery.
• Prepare project reports, maintain accurate documentation, and provide effective leadership in a fast-paced main contracting environment, with proven residential project management experience essential.

What We’re Looking For:

• A relevant Third-level degree or Trade background
• 2-5 years as a project manager
