Role responsibilities:

• Lead all site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.-Manage and mentor site teams, including engineers, assistant site managers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, mitigating risks and resolving quality or scheduling issues.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to address technical and operational matters.
• Enforce health, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while driving high standards of project delivery.

You will need:

• 6+years' construction site experience, ideally as a Site Manager with a Main Contractor.
• Proven track record delivering medium to large-scale projects.
• Experience leading subcontractors and large site teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and project management skills.
