Site Manager – Client Side

Are you an experienced Site Manager looking to take the next step in your career and move into a client-side role?

Our client is involved in the delivery of high-profile residential developments across Cork and is looking for a Client-Side Site Manager to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity to take a more strategic role in the delivery of major construction projects, working closely with design teams, contractors, consultants and other key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, to a high standard and in line with programme and client requirements.

If you are an experienced Site Manager looking to transition into a client-side environment, this role offers the opportunity to use your existing construction knowledge while gaining greater involvement in project oversight, contractor management and client representation.

What makes you a good fit for this role?

• Third-level qualification in Construction, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline, or a strong trades background.
• Previous Site Management or Senior Site Management experience is required.
