The Opportunity:

You’ll be part of an experienced construction team delivering landmark residential developments from site stage through to completion. This role offers real autonomy on site, close collaboration with senior stakeholders, and the chance to broaden your technical, commercial and project management skills across complex, multi-unit schemes.

You’ll work on projects that matter - well-planned, well-funded developments with a clear pipeline and long-term vision.

You will ideally have:

• A degree in Engineering or a relevant construction qualification
• 3+ years’ experience as a Site Manager or Resident Engineer
• Proven experience delivering residential construction projects
