Site Manager/Assistant Project Manager – Modular Construction Project | Kill, Co. Kildare
Our client, a leading Irish construction company, is seeking a Site Manager/Assistant Project Manager to oversee a modular construction project based in Kill, Co. Kildare. This role requires strong technical knowledge and construction compliance awareness.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will manage day‑to‑day site operations, ensure all modular units are installed and finished to the highest standards, and maintain strict compliance with fire protection, air‑tightness, certification, and quality requirements. Strong digital competency, including experience with Procore, is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee on‑site activities for a modular construction project
- Ensure compliance with fire protection standards, air‑tightness requirements, and all relevant certifications
- Coordinate installation, sequencing, and quality control of modular units
- Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to ensure programme adherence
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting through Procore
- Ensuring workers implement control measures to minimise risk to health and safety of themselves and others
