An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor on an education project in Rathcoole, Co. Dublin.

You'll be joining a well-established contractor with an impressive portfolio spanning education, data centres, pharmaceutical and high-specification commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the commercial administration and change order process for CSA packages.

• Review, assess and track variations, ensuring accurate costings are submitted to the Design Team and Client.

• Prepare tender and contract documentation, including Bills of Quantities.

• Monitor project costs, identify commercial risks and support value management initiatives.

• Manage subcontractor procurement, valuations, payments and contractual claims.

• Work closely with the project team to ensure effective commercial control and successful project delivery.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying or similar role.

• Third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.

• Strong commercial awareness and cost management skills.

• Ability to meet demanding project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
