Building Services Engineer – Northern Cross, Dublin

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate building services with construction, architectural and structural works.
• Review specifications, drawings and technical details.
• Liaise with design teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate installation, testing and commissioning of services.
• Manage O&M manuals and handover documentation.
• Assist with procurement and tender documentation.

Requirements:

• Experience working with a main contractor in a similar role.
• Strong building services coordination experience.
• Good understanding of construction projects, drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
