Are you ready to take your career to the next level with a Tier 1 Main Contractor and have a crucial role in the delivery of new Education infrastructure for a prestigious institution?

In this role, you will take ownership of an exciting new project starting in March/April 2025. This project, valued at €70m, includes new student accommodation and academic buildings.

You will need:

• At least 5 years experience as a Project Manager with a Main Contractor
• A proven track record in delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage stakeholder expectations
• A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
