Senior Quantity Surveyor – Firhouse, Dublin

Residential project -100 residential apartment units

Project end date - Sept 2028

In this role, you’ll join a main contractor that is renowned for delivering high-specification construction projects of up to €100m in value.

This position is based on site in Firhouse.  In this role you will report into the Commercial Manager.

You will be a key part of an excellent commercial team and enjoy flexibility and autonomy in your role. As a valued member of the team, you will be supported to carry out your work successfully but in balance with your personal life. With a portfolio of high-profile clients and upcoming projects in sectors including residential, commercial, educational and fit out, this company continues to expand and offer opportunities for ambitious construction professionals.

Role responsibilities include:

• Measure, price, negotiate, and agree on budgets and costs for scope variations.
• Manage commercial and contractual relationships with customers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Assess subcontractor payment entitlements and process payments accurately.
• Monitor and reconcile project costs and forecasts to ensure performance aligns with budgets.
• Optimise project design for efficiency and value maximisation.
