Your Role

As Site Manager, you will oversee:

🏗️ Internal Reconfiguration – Bar/bistro, circulation spaces, and high-end fit-out
🏗️ Refurbishment – Bedroom wings, roofing, and ancillary areas
🏗️ External Works – New landscaped garden bar, paths, and boundary treatments
🏗️ Sustainability & Services – Public lighting, heating & air conditioning systems, and more

What We’re Looking For

✔ Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale hotel or high-end residential projects
✔ Strong knowledge of fit-out, finishing, and construction coordination
✔ Excellent leadership skills – Ability to drive teams and maintain high-quality standards
✔ A results-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-profile environments
✔ Experience with health & safety compliance and project timelines
