Key Responsibilities:

• Setting out and overseeing works, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Interpreting technical details for foremen, operatives, and subcontractors.
• Conducting material testing and maintaining quality assurance records.
• Keeping detailed daily site records and reporting progress.
• Ensuring site safety and compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in setting out on civil projects.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
