Site Manager – New-Build Supermarket Project (County Kerry)
Location: County Kerry

An experienced Site Manager is required for a new-build supermarket development in County Kerry. This is a great opportunity to take a lead role on a high-profile retail project with a well-established main contractor.
We’re looking for someone with strong site management experience, excellent leadership skills, and a track record of delivering projects to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to spec

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and direct labour on site

Maintain tight control over programme, quality assurance, and health & safety compliance

Work closely with the project team, including engineers, quantity surveyors, and design professionals

Chair site meetings and manage project documentation, reports, and updates

Drive productivity and ensure site standards meet the client’s expectations
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience in a Site Manager role on commercial or retail builds

Proven ability to manage all site activities from groundworks through to handover

Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and site safety practices

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Trade or construction-related qualification desirable
