Senior Quantity Surveyor – Dublin

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing civil engineering contractor delivering public infrastructure across Ireland. Key Responsibilities:

• Full commercial oversight from cost planning to final account.

• Monthly forecasting, CVR preparation, cash flow projections, and earned value analysis.

• Subcontractor procurement, contract negotiation, and claims management.

• Liaise with internal teams, clients, councils, and support junior staff development.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

• Extensive experience in civil engineering and infrastructure projects.

• Sound knowledge of contracts and current construction law.

• Commercial reporting and negotiation skills; ability to manage teams and deadlines.
