Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all finishing works on site, ensuring top-quality delivery across internal and external finishes.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and direct labour to meet project timelines.
• Conduct inspections and manage snagging lists to ensure a smooth handover.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety compliance.
• Liaise with site management and client representatives to ensure expectations are met.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in a Finishing Foreman or similar role on residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of finishing trades and quality control processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to deliver high-spec finishes on time and within budget.
• Trade background or relevant construction qualification preferred.
