Site Manager – Tullamore

Salary: Up to €75,000
Location: Tullamore, Co. Offaly
Duration: 3+ Years - permanent position

An established residential developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a new-build housing development in Tullamore. This is a long-term role with a well-organised company known for quality construction and a strong pipeline of regional work.

You’ll take full responsibility for site operations, managing subcontractors, maintaining progress, and ensuring work is delivered to a high standard. The role suits someone confident running a residential site independently, with support from a professional and collaborative head office team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily site operations and coordinate all trades

• Ensure compliance with health & safety and building regulations

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and progress updates

• Liaise with project team, design team, and client reps

• Lead weekly site meetings and ensure milestones are hit

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in a Site Manager or Senior Foreman role

• Background in housing or similar residential builds

• Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and BCAR

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Full driving licence required
