The Role

• Monitor and ensure quality of M&E installations across residential projects through all build stages
• Supervise M&E subcontractors onsite with site teams to maintain quality standards and meet project schedules
• Coordinate with design teams and utility providers to manage service connections, diversions, and technical requirements
• Support post-completion and aftercare activities, troubleshooting M&E issues and driving continuous improvement

Requirements

• M&E background with Trades or Degree qualifications
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar M&E role
• Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills with the ability to work independently
• Deadline focused
