Senior Quantity Surveyor

Role responsibilities:

• Lead commercial management of projects, including cost control, forecasting, and Value Cost Reconciliation reporting.

• Manage preparation and agreement of monthly Payment Claims and project Cashflow information (internal and external).

• Oversee Change Control, including identification, valuation, and negotiation of variations.

• Administer contract provisions, ensuring timely notifications and compliance with contractual requirements.

• Procure, manage, and finalize Subcontractor and Supplier agreements, including negotiation of final accounts.

• Provide commercial leadership, liaising with Clients, Consultants, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
