We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join one of Ireland’s leading civil engineering contractors, managing large-scale infrastructure and development works across Dublin. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day site operations across major civils and infrastructure projects

  • Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and plant to ensure smooth workflow

  • Oversee health & safety compliance and quality control on-site

  • Maintain detailed records and report progress to the Contracts Manager

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in civil engineering or groundworks

  • Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and site compliance

  • Confident leadership and clear communication on-site

  • Construction management qualification preferred
