Architectural Technician

Role responsibilities:
- Produce detailed technical drawings and 3D models using CAD/Revit.
- Ensure all design work complies with building regulations and statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to resolve technical issues and coordinate project details.
- Carry out site visits to collect measurements, verify conditions, and review construction progress.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including reports, specifications, and design support materials.
Role requirements:
- Qualification in Architectural Technology or other design related qualification
- Advanced Revit skills, including 3D modelling, detailed drawings, and technical documentation.
- Strong knowledge of Irish and UK building codes and regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a high standard of accuracy in all technical outputs.
- Effective collaboration skills, working closely with architects, designers, and project managers to refine and coordinate designs.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
- A portfolio would be beneficial
