BID/Marketing Administrator - Mullingar

Responsibilities:

  • Complete general administration tasks involved in the daily running of a busy office
  • Assist with creating digital content and update social media platforms
  • Create documentation for BID presentations and documents
  • Maintain the BID library
  • Manage subcontractor documentation, ensuring up-to-date insurance, H&S forms and compliance records.
  • Point of contact for IT support

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years experience working in a similar role
  • Excellent phone manner and organisational skills 
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite of tools
  • Indesign experience would be an advantage
