Responsibilities:
- Complete general administration tasks involved in the daily running of a busy office
- Assist with creating digital content and update social media platforms
- Create documentation for BID presentations and documents
- Maintain the BID library
- Manage subcontractor documentation, ensuring up-to-date insurance, H&S forms and compliance records.
- Point of contact for IT support
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years experience working in a similar role
- Excellent phone manner and organisational skills
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite of tools
- Indesign experience would be an advantage
