Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a Civil Technician to support residential projects. The role involves technical design support, drawings, and coordination with clients and authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare civil drawings and technical documentation

Assist with residential developments and utility works

Liaise with Uisce Éireann and local authorities

Support project managers with design coordination and reporting

Requirements:

Civil Engineering Technician qualification

Experience on residential and utility projects

Working knowledge of Uisce Éireann standards and procedures

Proficiency in AutoCAD (or similar)

Strong communication and organisational skills

Desirable:

Previous consultancy or project management experience
