Personal Assistant to Directors – Construction Company - Mayo
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support company Directors within a fast-paced construction environment. This is a key role requiring discretion, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key Duties:
Diary and email management
Coordinating meetings, travel, and documentation
Supporting day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
Liaising with clients, consultants, and site teams
Ideal Candidate:
Previous PA or senior admin experience (construction experience an advantage)
Excellent organisational and communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
