Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a construction section, ensuring works are delivered to programme and quality standards.

Supervise subcontractors and coordinate daily activities on-site.

Ensure all works comply with drawings, specifications, and pharmaceutical/regulated environment standards.

Maintain accurate QA/QC documentation and support validation processes.

Collaborate closely with Senior Site Management to plan, sequence, and resolve technical issues.

Monitor Health & Safety compliance across the section.
Requirements:
-
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in construction management or section supervision
-
Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
-
Proven ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate complex works on-site.

Degree or equivalent in Civil/Construction/Engineering preferred.
