Our client, a leading construction firm with a strong presence in Dublin, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (senior level) to join their team. The company is renowned for delivering high-quality projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors and provides excellent career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage detailed project budgets, cost plans, and estimates

• Monitor project costs, highlight variances, and implement cost-saving measures

• Prepare tender documents, evaluate subcontractor bids, and manage procurement processes

• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage contractual correspondence

• Support senior management in commercial reporting and forecasting

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quantity surveying, preferably in large-scale residential or mixed-use developments

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field

• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation, and communication skills

• Proficiency in cost management and estimating software
