Your role will Involve:

  • Develop and execute strategic purchasing initiatives to secure cost efficiencies, including volume discounts, rebates, and structured payment agreements
  • Lead the creation and continuous improvement of a comprehensive Master Price List
  • Manage and optimise global supply categories such as energy, fuel, stationery, and other overheads
  • Drive international procurement strategies and initiatives
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Purchasing team to ensure high performance
  • Deliver measurable cost-saving outcomes aligned with company financial objectives
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while fostering a competitive supplier environment

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in procurement or purchasing management, with a strong track record of delivering cost savings and commercial value
  • Excellent negotiation skills with experience managing high-value contracts and supplier relationships
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams
