You’ll join a major residential project in Cork, working closely with a Senior QS and gaining hands-on experience across cost control, valuations, and subcontractor management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Senior QS with subcontract management and payments
  • Prepare monthly valuations and cost reports Monitor budgets, variations, and contracts
  • Assist across residential, RC frame, and commercial elements

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years’ post-graduate QS experience
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proficient in Cubit, CostX (or similar), Word, and Excel
  • Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple projects
