Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Kildare

You will join an expanding contractor that delivers the most prestigious Fit Out, Data Centre and Refurbishment projects in Ireland. As Assistant Quantity Surveyor you will be accountable for all assisting Senior Quantity Surveyor with all aspects of surveying and commercial functions on projects.

Your role will involve: 

•    Assisting in preparation and updating of contract budget 
•    Supporting commercial team in managing contractual and legal aspects of project
•    Liaison with Senior QS
•    Administration of contract records
•    Assisting in production of monthly JCR’s and JCS’s
•    Attendance at relevant contract review meetings
•    Helping to updating of cash reporting and collection
•    Maintaining good relationship with clients, supply chain and professional team

Applicants should have two years' experience within a quantity surveying role.
