Salary: Up to €80,000 DOE

As Site Manager, you will take charge of the day-to-day site operations, ensuring the scheme is delivered safely, on time, and to the high standards that have become the company’s hallmark.

Key Responsibilities

Manage site operations, coordinating subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers.

Oversee health & safety compliance and ensure best practice on site.

Monitor programme and budget, resolving issues to keep the project on track.

Ensure excellent quality standards and smooth handover of units.

About You

Experience as a Site Manager on large-scale residential housing or apartment developments.

Strong knowledge of construction processes and sequencing.

Proven leadership and communication skills.

Ability to deliver projects on time while maintaining safety and quality.
