Senior Site Manager -Dublin City Centre

Role responsibilities:

-Lead all site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
-Manage and mentor site teams, including engineers, assistant site managers, and subcontractors.
-Monitor project progress, mitigating risks and resolving quality or scheduling issues.
-Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to address technical and operational matters.
-Enforce health, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while driving high standards of project delivery.

You will need:

--8+years' construction site experience, ideally as a Site Manager with a Main Contractor.

-Proven track record delivering medium to large-scale projects.

-Experience leading subcontractors and large site teams.

-Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and best practices.

-Excellent leadership, organisational, and project management skills.
