Finishing Foreman – Dublin City Centre 

Commercial Project

Salary: €65,000 - €75,000 DOE plus package

Brightpath Recruitment are recruiting a Finishing Foreman on behalf of one of Irelands foremost Building Contractors. Our client has a broad portfolio of successfully completed landmark projects across a range of sectors including Commercial, Residential, Refurbishment, Industrial, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical. Eighty percent of their workload comes from repeat business.

Role responsibilities:

• Oversee finishing works to ensure they are completed in line with project specifications, quality standards, and the construction programme.
• Plan, supervise, and coordinate subcontractors to ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the required standard.
• Take responsibility for maintaining a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety procedures and addressing any site safety issues.
• Lead and motivate site teams, giving clear direction while maintaining a professional and productive working environment.
• Maintain accurate site records, including site diaries, labour allocation sheets, manpower levels, and progress updates to support effective project management.

What you will need:

• Sound knowledge of latest building regulations, legislation and Health and Safety.
• Ability to provide clear leadership and direction to those under your control, while maintaining a professional manner is essential.
• Relevant Trade Qualification or Construction related qualification
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a similar supervisory role
• Experience in at least one of the following key areas – Commercial, Pharmaceutical or Residential.
• Must have previous Finishing Foreman experience working with medium or large main contractors
