Business Development Executive (Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively visit sites, commercial developments, and client offices to generate new business opportunities
• Introduce the company's interior finishing solutions to site managers, project managers, contractors, and other key decision makers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Secure opportunities for the estimating team to prepare quotations and tenders
• Follow up quotations and negotiate with clients to convert opportunities into secured contracts
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities and sales activity
• Manage your own diary, appointments, and sales territory effectively
• Achieve and exceed agreed sales and business development targets
• Represent the company professionally on-site and within the construction industry
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover from enquiry to project delivery

No two days are the same. One day you could be visiting multiple active sites, the next you're following up opportunities and helping secure a major contract.

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience (construction preferred)
• Holds a full Irish driving licence
