Quantity Surveyor

Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking to join an established contractor in the West of Ireland?

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join an established contractor in Mayo. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of construction projects, ensuring effective cost control, accurate valuations, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.

Benefits:

• €40,000 - €60,000 DOE
• Long term position based in Mayo
• You will be provided with initial training combined with mentorship from staff who provide you with support and enable you to develop within your position 

Requirements:

• Relevant Quantity Surveyor or Construction degree
• 2+ year’s experience within the construction industry
• Strong communication skills & commercial awareness, understanding of construction methods, ability to do quantity take-offs, and experience managing contracts
