Quantity Surveyor (Intermediate)– Dublin 

Work on some of Dublin's largest and most prestigious construction projects

Our client, a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor, is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team across a number of landmark residential developments in Dublin

With multiple live projects, successful candidates will have the opportunity to work on the site that best suits their location

Projects include

  • Parkgate Street, Dublin 8 – Ireland's tallest residential building
  • Park West, Dublin 12
  • Player Wills Redevelopment, Dublin 8
  • Dundrum, Dublin 14

As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you'll support the commercial delivery of major residential and commercial projects while working alongside an experienced commercial team

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with valuations, cost reporting, and final accounts
  • Support subcontractor procurement and commercial management
  • Manage variations and commercial documentation
  • Work closely with the project and commercial teams

Requirements

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
  • 3–5 years' experience, ideally with a Main Contractor
  • Experience on residential and/or commercial construction projects
