Your role will involve:
- Manage the administration and change order process for CSA packages.
- Review, validate and track variations, ensuring accurate costings are issued to the Design Team and Client.
- Prepare tender and contract documentation, including Bills of Quantities.
- Monitor project costs, commercial risks and value management.
- Manage subcontractor procurement, valuations, payments and contractual claims.
What you will need:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- 3rd level qualification in Quantity Surveying or related area
- An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets
