Site Manager (Cladding & Roofing) |Dublin

Permanent Position

A leading specialist contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in roofing or cladding to join their team delivering major industrial projects. This role will suit someone currently working on large‑scale construction environments such as data centres, pharmaceutical facilities, or other complex builds.

Key Responsibilities   

• Manage day‑to‑day site activities for roofing and cladding works
• Lead and coordinate site teams and subcontractors
• Ensure all works meet safety, quality, and programme requirements
• Maintain accurate site records and progress reporting

Requirements  

• Proven experience in roofing or cladding (essential)
• Proven experience in a Site Management role with a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience
• Previous experience on large industrial or high‑spec projects
• Confident in ability to motivate subcontractors and work well with them
• Good knowledge of site safety practices and quality control.
