Site Manager (Night Shift) | Permanent Position
Project: Dublin Airport
Monday to Friday | 7pm - 4am
We are hiring an experienced Site Manager for a major refurbishment and fit-out project at Dublin Airport, with works scheduled through to Q3 2028.
Project scope includes:
- Terminal 1 façade refurbishment
- New roof finish installation
- Strip-out and high-spec fit-out of two office administration areas
- Works within a live airport environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage subcontractors and site operations
- Ensure health & safety compliance
- Oversee programme, quality and progress
- Coordinate night-shift activities and reporting
Requirements:
- Previous Site Manager experience
- Strong construction and H&S knowledge
- Trade or Degree Qualified Background
- Previous experience delivering high-quality medium to large scale projects successfully
