Project Manager (Night Shift) | Permanent Position

Project: Dublin Airport
Monday to Friday | 7pm - 4am

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager for a major refurbishment and fit-out project at Dublin Airport, with works scheduled through to Q3 2028. This role will oversee all night-shift operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards. 

Project Scope Includes:

• Terminal 1 façade refurbishment
• New roof finish installation
• Strip-out and high-spec fit-out of two office administration areas
• Works within a live airport environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage night-shift project delivery and subcontractor coordination.
• Ensure health & safety, quality, and programme targets are achieved.
• Monitor progress and provide regular project reporting.
• Liaise with clients and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry.
• Track record of delivering medium to large-scale projects safely and on programme.
• Degree or trade qualified with a solid understanding of construction processes.
• Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety and quality standards.
