Setting out Engineer

Our client is looking for driven Setting Out Engineers to join a live residential project in South Dublin. This company has excelled over the last 45 years in delivering high quality properties in Ireland and the UK. Their developments range from Residential, Commercial, to Industrial.

 You’ll be working closely with the Site Management and Engineering teams, playing a hands-on role in within the Engineering function. You’ll gain exposure to significant residential projects that offers stability, progression and the opportunity to develop your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set out works accurately in accordance with drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate with the Site Manager, subcontractors and construction teams to ensure works are completed to programme and specification.
• Carry out quality checks, inspections and surveys, ensuring all works meet the required standards.
• Maintain accurate site records, technical documentation, as-built information and daily reports.
• Assist with planning, sequencing and monitoring works while identifying and resolving technical issues on site.

Requirements:

• A relevant third-level qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• 1+ years’ experience Setting Out
