Site Administrator – Newcastle/Athy

  • Salary up to €40,000 DOE + health insurance, pension and more

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Site Administrator to join a leading residential developer as a Site Administrator working between two sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage BCAR documentation, including cert tracking and submissions
  • Provide admin support to the site team, including meeting minutes and reporting
  • Deliver site inductions and maintain face recognition records as needed
  • Liaise with subcontractors and internal teams to support smooth handovers
  • Maintain weekly dashboards and trackers across platforms 
  • Obtain, organise & maintain subcontractor construction documents on Zutec.
  • Be the first point of contact for Zutec related queries from both site team and subcontractors

 

Key Requirements:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative role (construction experience preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Comfortable working in a site-based, fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
